Clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería de Central de Esterilización de un centro de salud público de Moyobamba, 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería de central de esterilización de un centro de salud público de Moyobamba, 2024. Métodos: El método es hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental y alcance descriptivo correlacional. La población estará conformada por el personal de enfermería que labora en la central de esterilización (N=20). Las técnicas de estudio serán las encuestas y como instrumentos el Cuestionario de clima organizacional (α = 0.824), y el Cuestionario de satisfacción laboral (α = 820). Además, se desarrollará una hoja de cálculo para analizar los datos de cada participante utilizando Microsoft Excel 2021 y SPSS 26.0. Asimismo, se analizarán las frecuencias y niveles mostrados en tablas y/o gráficos. Se utilizará la prueba de correlación de Spearman (Rh0) para determinar la relación entre las variables y calcular la prueba de hipótesis.

Objective: To determine the relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction of the nursing staff of the sterilization center of a public health center in Moyobamba, 2024. Methods: The method is hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental design and descriptive correlational scope. The population will be made up of the nursing staff working in the sterilization center (N = 20). The study techniques will be surveys and as instruments the Organizational Climate Questionnaire (α = 0.824), and the Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (α = 820). In addition, the data processing and analysis plan will be carried out for each of the participants using Microsoft Excel 2021 software and the SPSS Statistical Program version 26.0. Likewise, frequencies and averages reported in descriptive and inferential tables and/or figures will be analyzed; and to calculate the contrast of the hypothesis, the Spearman Correlation Test (Rh0) will be applied to determine the relationship between the variables.
