El objetivo fue determinar la relación entre el cuidado del enfermero y la satisfacción del paciente geriátrico atendido en Medicina Interna de un hospital de Arequipa durante el año 2025. El estudio se desarrollará bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, con un diseño no experimental y correlacional, mediante el cual se analizarán ambas variables sin manipularlas, evaluando cómo se comportan dentro de su contexto clínico real. La población estará constituida por 70 pacientes geriátricos hospitalizados. Para la recolección de datos se utilizarán dos instrumentos estandarizados. Los resultados se analizarán mediante estadística descriptiva e inferencial para contrastar las hipótesis planteadas. Se espera que los resultados permitan identificar el nivel de asociación.
Resumen
The objective was to determine the relationship between nursing care and the satisfaction of geriatric patients treated in the Internal Medicine department of a hospital in Arequipa during 2025. The study will employ a quantitative, applied approach with a nonexperimental, correlational design, analyzing both variables without manipulation and evaluating their behavior within the actual clinical setting. The study population will consist of 70 hospitalized geriatric patients. Two standardized instruments will be used for data collection. Results will be analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings are expected to reveal the level of association.
