Sistema web para digitalizar y automatizar la gestión de informes de evaluación del personal militar en la Institución Ejército del Perú, Lima 2025

Abstract

El trabajo de suficiencia profesional, titulado “Sistema web para digitalizar y optimizar la gestión del informe de evaluación del desempeño del personal militar en la Institución Ejército Perú Lima 2025”, tiene como propuesta desarrollar un sistema web destinado a mejorar la gestión del informe de evaluación, en la creación de este proyecto, se usó la metodología scrum de ágil, RUP. También se aplicó lenguaje de desarrollo como Java, Spring boot, TypeScript, Angular, Oracle y SQL Developer. Con la implementación del sistema mejora la gestión del informe de evaluación lo que representa una mejora de una reducción de tiempo para el registro de evaluación, aminorando de 45.5 a 11.5 minutos, mejorando con un 73.85%. Finalmente, esta herramienta tecnológica impacta positivamente en la gestión del informe de evaluación del desempeño del personal militar en la Institución Ejército Lima 2025, mejorando el desempeño del personal. Este proyecto refuerza y ayuda tomar decisiones en los procesos que se llevan dentro de la institución.

The professional sufficiency work, entitled "Web system to digitize and optimize the management of the performance evaluation report of military personnel at the Peru Army Lima 2025 Institution”, has as a proposal to develop a web system aimed at improving the management of the evaluation report, in the creation of this project, the agile scrum methodology was used, RUP. With the implementation of the system, the management of the evaluation report improves, which represents an improvement of a reduction in time for the evaluation registration, decreasing from 45.5 to 11.5 minutes, improving with 73.85%. Finally, this technological tool has a positive impact on the management of the performance evaluation report of military personnel at the Lima 2025 Army Institution, improving the performance of personnel. This project reinforces and helps to make decisions in the processes that are carried out within the institution.
