Conocimiento de la enfermedad renal y la práctica de autocuidado en pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica, en una clínica privada de Nefrología, 2024

Abstract

El estudio planteará como objetivo “Determinar la relación que existe entre el conocimiento de la enfermedad renal y la práctica de autocuidado de enfermería en pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica, en una clínica Privada de Lima, 2024”; en este sentido se realizará siguiendo el enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y correlacional, participarán como muestra a 80 pacientes con insuficiencia renal; para recolectar la data se hará uso de dos cuestionarios el primero para conocer el nivel de conocimientos de enfermedad renal y el segundo cuestionario para medir el nivel de autocuidado del paciente ambos del autor Olga Baca aplicado en Perú en el 2023; los cuales cuentan con la respectiva prueba de validez por medio del Coeficiente Biseral Puntual cuyo puntaje para el primer instrumento fue 0.20 y el segundo a través de la prueba binomial con índice de 0.268; en cuanto a la fiabilidad el primer instrumento se hizo por medio del KR20 obteniendo el índice de 0.75 y el segundo por Alfa de Crombach cuyo índice fue 0.80; por otro lado, para analizar los datos se utilizará el SPSS v26 estadístico que permitirá obtener resultados descriptivos por cada variable, así como realizar la pruebas inferenciales, la misma que partirá analizando la normalidad de los datos para conocer con que estadístico e correlación se probaran las hipótesis, los hallazgos obtenidos contribuirán a dar respuesta a la problemática planteada y establecer acciones que ayuden a mejorar dicha situación con la finalidad de lograr el bienestar del paciente renal.

The objective of the study will be to “Determine the relationship that exists between knowledge of kidney disease and the practice of nursing self-care in patients with chronic kidney failure, in a clinic in Lima, 2024”; In this sense, it will be carried out following the quantitative approach, non-experimental and correlational design, 80 patients with kidney failure will participate as a sample; To collect the data, two questionnaires will be used, the first to know the level of knowledge of kidney disease and the second questionnaire to measure the patient's level of self-care, both by the author Olga Baca applied in Peru in 2023; which have the respective validity test through the Punctual Biseral Coefficient whose score for the first instrument was 0.20 and the second through the binomial test with an index of 0.268; Regarding reliability, the first instrument was done using the KR20, obtaining an index of 0.75 and the second using Crombach's Alpha, whose index was 0.80; On the other hand, to analyze the data, SPSS v26 statistics will be used, which will allow obtaining descriptive results for each variable, as well as performing inferential tests, which will start by analyzing the normality of the data to know with which statistics and correlation the results will be tested. hypothesis, the findings obtained will contribute to responding to the problem raised and establishing actions that help improve said situation with the aim of achieving the well-being of the kidney patient.
