Calidad del registro y resistencia al uso de la historia clínica electrónica en enfermeras del hospital Edgardo Rebagliati, 2024

Abstract

La Historia Clínica Electrónica (HCE) es un documento médico legal y recientemente se busca la implementación estandarizada en los profesionales de enfermería; sin embargo, este proceso de atención y cuidado, se ha encontrado con algunas barreras que interceptan la aplicación efectiva. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la calidad de registro y la resistencia al uso de la HCE en el personal de enfermería del Hospital Rebagliati 2024. Material y métodos: Estudio hipotético deductivo, cuantitativo, observacional y de corte transversal. Se investigaron 292 enfermeras del Hospital Rebagliati que tuvieron acceso al sistema hospitalario de gestión electrónico durante el 2024. Las variables evaluadas fueron la calidad de registro y resistencia al uso y se usó la prueba estadística de Tau-B de Kendall. Resultados: El principal género fue femenino (80.14%), el rango de edad que predominó fue de 51-60 años (42.47%), la calidad de registro de la HCE fue regular (55.48%), el nivel de resistencia al uso de la HCE fue medio (57.53%). Se identificó una correlación moderada significativa entre las dos variables (t=0.456; p=0.040), correlación moderada y estadísticamente significativa en las dimensiones de estructura (t=0.478; p=0.037) y contenido (t=0.521; p=0.039) con la variable resistencia al uso de la HCE. Conclusión: Se identificó que existe relación moderada significativa en la calidad de registro y la resistencia al uso de la HCE en enfermeras del Hospital Rebagliati. Es necesario realizar más trabajos que mejoren la adherencia de la calidad de registro de la HCE.

The Electronic Health Record (EHR) is a medical-legal document and standardized implementation in nursing professionals has recently been sought; However, this process of attention and care has encountered some barriers that hinder effective application. Objective: The relationship between the quality of registration and resistance in the application of the EHR in the nursing staff of the Rebagliati 2024 Hospital will be determined. Material and methods: Hypothetical deductive, quantitative, observational and cross-sectional study. 292 nurses from the Rebagliati Hospital who had access to the hospital electronic management system during 2024 were investigated. The variables evaluated were the quality of registration and resistance to use and the Kendall Tau-B statistical test was used. Results: The main gender was female (80.14%), the predominant age range was 51-60 years (42.47%), the quality of the EHR registration was regular (55.48%), the The level of resistance to the application of the EHR was medium (57.53%). A significant moderate evaluation was identified between the two variables (t=0.456; p=0.040), moderate and statistically significant evaluation in the dimensions of structure (t=0.478; p=0.037) and content (t=0.521; p=0.039). with variable resistance to the application of EHR. Conclusion: It was identified that there is a significant to determinate the relationship in the quality of registration and resistance to the application of the EHR in nurses of the Rebagliati Hospital. More work needs to be done to improve adherence to EHR recording quality.
