Efecto cicatrizante de la sangre de grado (croton lechleri) post exodoncia en pacientes atendidos en el centro odontológico de la universidad Norbert Wiener, periodo 2024-II

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar el efecto cicatrizante de la sangre de grado (Croton lechleri) post exodoncia en pacientes del Centro odontológico de la Universidad Norbert Wiener, periodo 2024-II. El estudio es inductivo con un enfoque cuantitativo, aplicada, diseño experimental con alcance cuasiexperimental. Se usó un instrumento fiable como una ficha de control en base a la escala de Vancouver, para registrar los datos generales de cada paciente que fueron evaluados clínicamente así observar el efecto cicatrizante de la sangre de grado en periodos de 3,7 y 21 día evaluando a 50 pacientes a quienes se les separó en dos grupos. Se evidenció que respecto al efecto cicatrizante se observa que el tiempo de cicatrización muestra que el 84.0% de los pacientes atendidos con sangre de grado (Croton Lachleri) presentaron tiempo disminuido de 7 a 9 s ; el nivel de pigmentación en el día 3, 7 y 21 muestra pigmentación rosa (76.0%; 80,0% y 92.0%) respectivamente; el nivel de dolor en el día 3, 7 y 21 no muestra dolor (56.0%; 72,0% y 88.0%) respectivamente y el nivel de inflamación en el día 3 y 7 muestra inflamación leve (64.0% y 72.0%) y en el día 21 sin inflación en el 92.0% en los pacientes atendidos con sangre de grado (Croton Lachleri).Se concluye que existe efecto cicatrizante de la sangre de grado (Croton lechleri) post exodoncia en pacientes atendidos en el Centro odontológico de la UPNW, 2024-II (sig. asintótica = 0. 000 < 0.05).

The aim of this study was to determine the healing effect of sangre de grado (Croton lechleri) post-exodontia in patients treated at the Dental Centre of the Norbert Wiener University, period 2024-II. The study is inductive with a quantitative, applied, experimental design with quasi-experimental scope. A study pattern based on scientific research was followed, and a reliable instrument was used, in this case the survey, as well as a control card based on the Vancouver scale, to record the general data of each patient who was clinically evaluated in order to observe the healing effect of the blood grade in periods of 3, 7 and 21 days, evaluating 50 patients who were separated into two groups, which met the inclusion criteria. It was found that the healing time showed that 84.0% of the patients treated with sangre de grado (Croton Lachleri) showed a time decrease of 7 to 9 s; the level of pigmentation on days 3, 7 and 21 showed pink pigmentation (76.0%; 80.0% and 92. 0%) respectively; the level of pain on day 3, 7 and 21 shows no pain (56.0%; 72.0% and 88.0%) respectively and the level of swelling on day 3 and 7 shows mild swelling (64.0% and 72.0%) and on day 21 no swelling in 92.0% in patients treated with grade blood (Croton Lachleri). It is concluded that there is a healing effect of sangre de grado (Croton lechleri) post-exodontia in patients treated at the Dental Centre of the Norbert Wiener University, period 2024-II (asymptotic sig. = 0. 000 < 0.05).
