Physical activity is a key component of rehabilitation, as it improves physical function, reduces pain, and promotes autonomy in adults. However, pain catastrophizing involves a negative and exaggerated interpretation of the painful experience. Objective: To determine the relationship between physical activity and pain catastrophizing among adults attending a private physical rehabilitation center in Lima – 2026. Materials and Methods: The study was conducted using the hypothetical-deductive method, with an applied research approach, a non-experimental design, a correlational level, and a cross-sectional framework. The sample consisted of 92 adults attending the Medic Therapy Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center. Data collection was carried out using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) to assess physical activity levels and the Pain Catastrophizing Scale (PCS) to evaluate the risk associated with pain catastrophizing.. Results: The mean age was 32.75 years (SD: 3.711), with females representing 58.70% of the sample. A total of 65.2% of participants had a moderate level of physical activity, 26.1% vigorous, and 8.7% low. Regarding pain catastrophizing, 62.0% showed low levels. A moderate negative correlation (rho = -0.596; p = 0.000) was found between physical activity level and pain catastrophizing. Conclusions: There is a significant relationship between physical activity and pain catastrophizing in the evaluated population.en_US
