Efectividad de un programa de terapia manual en la kinesiofobia y discapacidad funcional en pacientes con lumbalgia inespecíficas en un centro privado de terapia física, Chiclayo 2023

Abstract

El propósito de este estudio es determinar la Efectividad de un programa de terapia manual en la kinesiofobia y discapacidad funcional en pacientes con lumbalgia inespecificas en un Centro privado de terapia fisica, Chiclayo 2023. Su ejecución ayudará/permitirá a conocer la relación de las variables de estudio, contará con 40 pacientes que presenten dolor en la columna lumbar de 2 a 3 episodios al año, paciente que llegan atenderse al Centro Privado de Terapia Física, ppacientes de género masculino y femenino, pacientes adultos, entre 40 a 70 años de edad, ppacientes que deseen participar voluntariamente de la investigación firmando el consentimiento informado, excluyendo pacientes con secuelas de fracturas en la columna lumbar, pacientes con secuelas de neuropatías, pacientes con diagnóstico de hernias, pacientes que no tengan dolor crónico persistente, tomando en cuenta que todo aquello que decida participar en este estudio se le pedirá ser evaluado mediante una encuesta inicial y al termino de forma voluntaria del abordaje para conocer la efectividad del programa de terapia manual en la kinesiofobia y discapacidad funcional en pacientes con lumbalgia inespecíficas y los resultados se almacenarán respetando la confidencialidad y su anonimato.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of a manual therapy program for kinesiophobia and functional disability in patients with unspecified low back pain at a private physical therapy center in Chiclayo, 2023. Its implementation will help to understand the relationship between the study variables. The study will include 40 patients with lumbar spine pain of 2 to 3 episodes per year, patients who come to the Private Physical Therapy Center for care, male and female patients, adult patients between 40 and 70 years of age, patients who voluntarily wish to participate in the research by signing informed consent. The study is excluding patients with sequelae of lumbar spine fractures, patients with sequelae of neuropathies, patients diagnosed with hernias, and patients who do not have persistent chronic pain. Anyone who decides to participate in this study will be asked to be evaluated through an initial survey and, at the end of the study, voluntarily to determine the effectiveness of the manual therapy program on kinesiophobia and functional disability in patients with nonspecific low back pain. The results will be stored while respecting confidentiality and anonymity.
