El presente proyecto con el objetivo de Determinar la relación que existe entre carga laboral y calidad de atención de enfermería en emergencia pediátrica del hospital nacional 2026, se utilizó el método hipotético deductivo, correlativo correlacional de enfoque cuantitativo, la muestra es censal con 81 personas que laboran en el servicio de emergencia pediátrica, para la recolección de datos se utilizó instrumentos como la entrevista, para la primera variable se aplicará el cuestionario se recolectará sobre la carga laboral de acuerdo a las dimensiones de carga física y carga mental, el cual está dirigido al personal de enfermería del servicio de emergencia pediátrica. Para la segunda variable también se aplicará el cuestionario, con escala de Likert y será, enfocado a recolectar datos sobre la calidad de atención del enfermero en sus dimensiones técnico, interpersonal y entorno. Los instrumentos tienen una confiabilidad de alfa de Cronbach de 0.807 para el primer instrumento y 0.890 para el segundo instrumento. la información obtenida se procesará en programa IBM SPSS versiones 25.0, a la vez se podrá ejecutar un control de veracidad de datos obtenidos por cada ítem. Posterior a ello se procederá aplicar las fórmulas para sacar los resultados y la comprobar hipótesis planteadas, además ejecutará prueba paramétrica de correlaciones de Rho de Sperman, necesaria esta aplicación de la prueba para obtener relaciones entre variables. Se procederá a tabular en sistemas tecnológicos, como el Excel 2016 y el software estadístico SPSS versión 26.
Resumen
This project, with the objective of determining the relationship between workload and quality of nursing care in the pediatric emergency department of the National Hospital in 2026, used a hypothetical-deductive, correlational-quantitative approach. The sample is a census of 81 people working in the pediatric emergency service. Data collection instruments included interviews. For the first variable, a questionnaire will be administered to collect data on workload according to the dimensions of physical and mental workload. This questionnaire is directed at the nursing staff of the pediatric emergency service. For the second variable, a questionnaire with a Likert scale will also be administered, focusing on collecting data on the quality of nursing care in its technical, interpersonal, and environmental dimensions. The instruments have a Cronbach's alpha reliability of 0.807 for the first instrument and 0.890 for the second instrument. The information obtained will be processed using IBM SPSS version 25.0, and a verification check of the data obtained for each item will be performed. Following this, the formulas will be applied to calculate the results and test the hypotheses. Additionally, Spearman's Rho parametric correlation test will be performed, as this test is necessary to obtain relationships between variables. The data will then be tabulated using technological systems such as Excel 2016 and the SPSS statistical software version 26.
