Relación entre conocimiento y gestión de estándares sujetos a fiscalización en químicos farmacéuticos de un laboratorio forense - Lima 2023

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre conocimiento y gestión de estándares sujetos a fiscalización en Químicos Farmacéuticos de un laboratorio forense. Materiales y métodos: Fue una investigación no experimental, descriptiva correlacional, con un corte de tipo transversal. Se analizaron las variables Conocimiento de estándares sujetos a fiscalización y la gestión de estándares sujetos a fiscalización en una muestra conformada por el personal de químicos farmacéuticos que laboran en la Dirección de Criminalística de la Policía Nacional del Perú. Se utilizó una encuesta para la recolección de datos con una confiabilidad de alfa de Cronbach de 0.92. Resultados: Se encontró que el 59.4% de la población estudiada presenta un nivel medio de conocimiento sobre los estándares sujetos a fiscalización y un 50.0% presenta una regular gestión de estándares sujetos a fiscalización. Conclusión: se encontró que existe una escasa o nula relación inversa entre las variables estudiadas con un coeficiente de correlación de Spearman de (- ,0.19) en los químicos farmacéuticos de un laboratorio forense – Lima 2023.

Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between knowledge and management of standards subject to inspection in Pharmaceutical Chemicals of the Criminalistics Direction of a forensic laboratory. Materials and methods: It was a non-experimental, descriptive correlational research, with a cross-sectional type. The variables Knowledge of standards subject to supervision and the management of standards subject to supervision were analyzed in a sample made up of the personnel of pharmaceutical chemists who work in the Criminalistics Direction of the National Police of Peru. A survey was used for data collection with a Cronbach's alpha reliability of 0.92. Results: It was found that 59.4% of the studied population presents a medium level of knowledge about the standards subject to supervision and 50.0% presents regular management of standards subject to supervision. Conclusion: it was found that there is little or no inverse relationship between the variables studied with a Spearman correlation coefficient of (-.0.19) in the pharmaceutical chemists of a forensic laboratory- Lima 2023.
