dc.description.abstract	El déficit en la capacidad funcional y la baja adherencia al tratamiento de neurorrehabilitación en pacientes con accidente cerebro vascular, constituyen un problema de salud pública de significante magnitud a nivel mundial, regional y local, que demanda la necesidad de investigar la relación entre el nivel de capacidad funcional y la adherencia al tratamiento de neurorrehabilitación en pacientes con accidente cerebrovascular de Moquegua 2025. Material y Método hipotético-deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo; se aplicará el índice de Barthel y la Escala de adherencia SMAN V1.0, a los pacientes de un centro de salud en Moquegua que cumplan con los criterios de selección.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The deficit in functional capacity and poor adherence to neurorehabilitation treatment in stroke patients constitute a major public health problem at the global, regional, and local levels. This requires investigating the relationship between functional capacity and adherence to neurorehabilitation treatment in stroke patients health center in Moquegua 2025. Materials and Method: Hypothetical-deductive, with a quantitative approach; the Barthel Index and the SMAN Adherence Scale V1.0 will be applied to patients at the Moquegua Regional Hospital who meet the selection criteria.	en_US
