Clima y satisfacción laborales del profesional de enfermería en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital de Puquio, 2025

Abstract

Un clima laboral positivo y la satisfacción del equipo profesional en el ambiente de trabajo son factores imprescindibles para el éxito de una institución y la implementación de un sistema de calidad. La presente investigación, tiene como finalidad establecer la relación existente entre el clima laboral y la satisfacción laboral del profesional de salud en enfermería del servicio de emergencia del Hospital de Puquio, 2025. El estudio emplea un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicado, con diseño no experimental y nivel descriptivo-correlacional, en una población de 180 profesionales de enfermería, la muestra será tipo censal. Los instrumentos serán estandarizados, para medir la variable clima laboral y satisfacción laboral, se aplicará dos cuestionarios de 15 y 16 ítems, respectivamente. Se iniciará con la recopilación de datos de las variables a estudiar, clima laboral y satisfacción laboral de los profesionales en enfermería, previa autorización; posteriormente, mediante el software estadístico STATA 17, los datos recolectados serán procesados y analizados; asimismo, los resultados que se obtendrá será útil para verificar las hipótesis a través del coeficiente Rho de Spearman, se reportará los estadísticos descriptivos e inferenciales por medio de gráficos de barras y tablas, el cual también permitirá visualizar los niveles observados de las variables de estudio en la muestra; concluyendo con el análisis y discusión.

A positive work environment and the satisfaction of the professional team in the work environment are essential factors for the success of an institution and the implementation of a quality system. The purpose of this research is to establish the existing relationship between the work environment and job satisfaction of the nursing health professional of the emergency service of the Puquio Hospital, 2025. The study employs an applied quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design and descriptive-correlational level, in a population of 180 nursing professionals, the sample will be census-type. The instruments will be standardized, to measure the variables work environment and job satisfaction, two questionnaires of 15 and 16 items, respectively, will be applied. It will begin with the collection of data on the variables to be studied, work environment and job satisfaction of nursing professionals., with prior authorization; then, using the statistical software STATA 17, the data collected will be processed and analyzed; also, the results obtained will be useful to verify the hypotheses through Spearman's Rho coefficient, descriptive and inferential statistics will be reported through bar graphs and tables, which will also allow visualizing the observed levels of the study variables in the sample; concluding with the analysis and discussion.
