Nivel de conocimiento sobre la hipertensión arterial y la adherencia terapéutica en pacientes hipertensos en un hospital de Piura, 2025

Abstract

El objetivo de estudio es determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y la adherencia terapéutica en pacientes con hipertensión arterial en un hospital regional en Piura, 2025. Métodos: Se empleará la metodología aplicada, mediante un enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño no experimental de corte transversal, con una muestra de 77 pacientes hipertensos que se atienden por consultorio externo de cardiología, a quienes se les aplicará los instrumentos mediante la técnica de la encuesta, los instrumentos son validados y de alta confiabilidad mayor al 0.7, según alfa de Crombach. Después de su aplicación, se recopilará información para ser codificada y registrada en una base de datos y consecuentemente se someterá a una evaluación estadística por medio del SPSS 26.0, empleando herramientas que permiten evaluar la correlación de las variables, las cuales medirán la fuerza, dirección y forma de relación de datos numéricos.

The objective of the study is to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and therapeutic adherence in patients with arterial hypertension in a regional hospital in Piura, 2025. Methods: The applied methodology will be used, through a quantitative approach, the non-experimental cross-sectional design, with a sample of 77 hypertensive patients who are treated by an outpatient cardiology clinic, to whom the instruments will be applied through the survey technique, the instruments are validated and of high reliability greater than 0.7, according to alpha of Crombach. After its application, information will be collected to be coded and recorded in a database and consequently it will be subjected to a statistical evaluation through SPSS 26.0, using tools that allow evaluating the correlation of the variables, which will measure the strength, direction and form of relationship of numerical data.
