Liderazgo y desempeño laboral del profesional de enfermería del área de hospitalización de una clínica privada de lima, 2024

Abstract

Liderazgo es la capacidad de influir y motivar a un grupo de personas para lograr objetivos comunes, mediante la demostración de habilidades y comportamientos y el desempeño laboral el nivel de eficacia y eficiencia con el que el trabajador realiza sus tareas y responsabilidades. Por ello en este estudio el Objetivo será “Determinar la relación que existe entre el liderazgo y el desempeño laboral del profesional de enfermería que labora en el área de Hospitalización de una Clínica Privada, 2024”. La metodología será cuantitativa, correlacional y no experimental, utilizando un método deductivo hipotético. La población estará conformada por las 78 profesionales de enfermería que laboran en el área de Hospitalización de una Clínica Privada en Lima, Perú. Se empleará la técnica de encuesta para ambas variables de estudio. Se procesarán los datos de cada una de las variables del estudio y se presentarán en forma de gráficos y tablas con en el programa estadístico SPSS. Además, las variables se correlacionarán mediante la prueba de Spearman.

Therefore, in this study the Objective will be "To determine the relationship that exists between leadership and the work performance of the nursing professional who works in the Hospitalization area of a Private Clinic, 2024." The methodology will be quantitative, correlational and non-experimental, using a hypothetical deductive method. The population will be made up of the 78 nursing professionals who work in the Hospitalization area of a Private Clinic in Lima, Peru. The survey technique will be used for both study variables. The data for each of the study variables will be processed and presented in the form of graphs and tables using the SPSS statistical program. Additionally, the variables will be correlated using the Spearman test.
