Estrés laboral y motivación del personal de enfermería que labora en el área de nefrología en un hospital de Lima, 2025

Abstract

La salud y el bienestar del personal de enfermería son componentes cruciales para el funcionamiento efectivo de cualquier sistema de atención médica. Se evidencia una creciente inquietud respecto al nivel elevado de estrés laboral y su posible relación en la motivación de los trabajadores del área de enfermería, sobre todo en aquellas enfermeras que manejan condiciones críticas como diálisis o trasplantes renales. La investigación abordará como objetivo “Determinar en qué medida el estrés laboral se relaciona con la motivación del personal de enfermería que labora en el área de nefrología en un Hospital de Lima, 2025”. El método será hipotético deductivo, el enfoque será cuantitativo, asimismo, es una investigación de tipo aplicada, de diseño no experimental con un alcance correlacional, de corte transversal. La población será conformada del personal de enfermería del área de nefrología de un hospital nacional, dado que la población es finita no se aplicará muestra en las 90 personas que lo conforman. Se aplicarán el cuestionario de Demanda – Control para medir el estrés laboral y el cuestionario de Motivación Laboral para evaluar la motivación en el personal de enfermería.

The health and well-being of nursing staff are crucial components of the effective functioning of any health care system. There is growing concern about the elevated level of job stress and its possible impact on the motivation of nursing professionals, especially those nurses who manage critical conditions such as dialysis or renal transplantation. The objective of the research will be “To determine to what extent work stress is related to the motivation of nurses working in the nephrology area in a Lima Hospital, 2025”. The method will be hypothetical deductive, the approach will be quantitative, also, it is applied research of non-experimental design with a cross sectional correlational scope. The population will be made up of the nursing staff of the nephrology area of a national hospital, given that the population is finite, a sample will not be applied to the 90 people who make up the population. The Demand - Control questionnaire will be applied to measure work stress and the Work Motivation questionnaire to evaluate the motivation of the nursing staff. The statistical analysis of SPSS Version 25. The inference analysis will be carried out through parametric tests (Pearson's correlation) or nonparametric tests (Spearman's test), after applying the normality test.
