Metodología six sigma y el suministro de productos farmacéuticos en la botica luz verde del distrito de Miraflores, Lima Perú 2024 - 2025

Abstract

La metodología Six Sigma es ampliamente reconocida por su capacidad de ajustar la calidad y eficiencia de las diversas fases en las industrias. El suministro de productos farmacéuticos, esta metodología puede desempeñar un papel crucial en la mejora del proceso de la cadena de suministro y la reducción de problemas. El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar la relación entre la metodología Six Sigma y el suministro de productos farmacéuticos. El método de la investigación realizada es de tipo básico y utiliza un enfoque hipotético deductivo, correlacional y cuantitativo no experimental. La población objetivo de la investigación son los trabajadores que laboran en la botica, y la muestra consiste en los 15 colaboradores que forman parte de dicha botica. Se obtuvo como resultado, que siempre se considera importante definir la metodología Six Sigma. Además, la mayoría siempre considera identificar la metodología Six Sigma. Otro aspecto, es que casi siempre se considera importante medir la metodología Six Sigma. También, algunas veces se considera importante analizar la metodología Six Sigma. Además, algunas veces se considera importante mejorar la metodología Six Sigma. En adición, algunas veces se considera importante controlar la metodología Six Sigma. A su vez, casi siempre se considera importante distribuir la metodología Six Sigma. Adicionalmente, se realizaron un total de 7 pruebas de hipótesis donde se obtuvo que sí hubo relación en todas. Por lo tanto, se llega a la conclusión que se aprueba la hipótesis de la investigación, que si existe relación entre la metodología Six Sigma y el suministro de productos farmacéuticos.
