Conocimiento y prácticas de autocuidado en el manejo del catéter venoso central en pacientes con hemodiálisis de una clínica renal de Lima, 2024

Abstract

El objetivo es “Establecer la relación entre el Conocimiento y las Prácticas de autocuidado en el manejo del catéter central en pacientes de una clínica renal de Lima, 2024”. Para ello la metodología adoptada tendrá un enfoque cuantitativo, el método será hipotético deductivo, además será; aplicada, no experimental, transeccional y correlacional. 80 pacientes en hemodiálisis conformarán la población y muestra; y para recabar los datos, se emplearán un cuestionario y una guía de observación, los cuales cuentan con validez y fiabilidad. El primer instrumento será un cuestionario para evaluar la variable “Conocimiento de autocuidado” validado por Malatesta, J. et al; asimismo, el segundo instrumento será un cuestionario que servirá para evaluar la variable “Prácticas de autocuidado”, aplicada por Mireval, F. Además, analizar e interpretar los datos se utilizarán los estadísticos de Spearman o de Pearson para así contrastar las hipótesis, previamente, planteadas. Finalmente, El resultado serán presentados en tablas y gráficos mediante un análisis descriptivo e inferencial.

The objective is “To establish the relationship between knowledge and self-care practices in the management of central catheter in patients of a renal clinic in Lima, 2024”. For this purpose, the methodology adopted will have a quantitative approach, the method will be hypothetical-deductive, applied, non-experimental, transectional and correlational. 80 hemodialysis patients will make up the population and sample; and to collect data, a questionnaire and an observation guide will be used, both of which have validity and reliability. The first instrument will be a questionnaire to evaluate the variable “Knowledge of self-care” validated by Malatesta, J. et al; likewise, the second instrument will be a questionnaire that will be used to evaluate the variable “Self-care practices”, applied by Mireval, F. In addition, Spearman or Pearson statistics will be used to analyze and interpret the data in order to contrast the previously stated hypotheses. Finally, the results will be presented in tables and graphs by means of a descriptive and inferential analysis.
