Síndrome de burnout y la calidad de atención del personal de enfermería en el centro quirúrgico de un hospital nacional Lima, 2024

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es: identificar cuál es la relación que existe entre el síndrome de burnout y calidad de atención del personal de Enfermería en el centro quirúrgico del hospital nacional Lima. La metodología empleada para el desarrollo del mismo cuantitativo, tipo aplicada método hipotético deductivo, diseño no experimental correlacional y transversal no experimental. La población fue de 80 enfermeras que laboran en las diferentes salas de operaciones de un hospital público de Lima. En cuanto a la técnica empleada de la encuesta y como instrumento de ambas variables el cuestionario. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron: Human Services Survey - (MBI-HSS) siendo el autor Maslach y de calidad de atención de rosario alonso basado en la teoría de Donabedian Destacando además que el instrumento previamente validado mediante el juicio de expertos, se probó la confiabilidad con un coeficiente conforme a síndrome de burnout 0.877% Alfa de Cronbach y un 0.740 Alfa de Cronbach en relación con calidad de atención. Donde se encriptan los datos se utilizó la prueba estadística T Student empleado la asignación t calculado y t de tablas. Asimismo, el programa estadístico Software SPSS.250, para su procesamiento de datos.

The objective of this work is: to identify the relationship that exists between burnout syndrome and quality of care of Nursing staff in the surgical center of the Lima National Hospital. The methodology used for the development of the same quantitative, type applied hypothetical deductive method, non-experimental correlational and non-experimental transversal design.
