Lesiones musculoesqueléticas en docentes de un colegio básico especial Lima – Breña, 2024

Abstract

El presente estudio, planteó como objetivo general determinar la frecuencia de lesiones musculoesqueléticas en docentes del colegio básico especial Beatriz Cisneros, Breña. El método empleado fue de tipo deductivo con enfoque cuantitativo, investigación aplicada, diseño no experimental, sub diseño descriptivo simple, en el que estuvo conformado por 60 docentes. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron el cuestionario nórdico y la ficha de recolección de datos sociodemográficos y clínicos, la técnica empleada fue la encuesta. La validación de este instrumento fue de 1,0 al ser evaluadas por 3 expertos y para que los instrumentos sean confiables se ejecutó una prueba piloto, y en el desarrollo del estudio la incidencia fue de 22 docentes con lesión en la zona de la columna dorsal o lumbar, 3 en muñeca o mano izquierda, 4 en muñeca o mano derecha, 6 en el codo o antebrazo izquierdo, 7 en el codo o antebrazo derecho, 8 en el hombro izquierdo, 3 en el hombro derecho y 43 en el cuello respectivamente. En conclusión, se determinó la incidencia en lesiones musculoesqueléticas en docentes de un colegio básico especial, teniendo una mayor predominancia en la zona del cuello, de igual manera en la zona de la columna dorso lumbar.

The general objective of this study was to determine the frequency of musculoskeletal injuries in teachers of the Beatriz Cisneros special elementary school in Breña. The method used was deductive with a quantitative approach, applied research, non-experimental design, simple descriptive sub design, in which 60 teachers participated. The instruments used were the Nordic questionnaire and the sociodemographic and clinical data collection form; the technique used was the survey. The validation of this instrument was 1.0 when evaluated by 3 experts and in order for the instruments to be reliable a pilot test was executed, and in the development of the study the incidence was 22 teachers with injury in the area of the dorsal or lumbar spine, 3 in the left wrist or hand, 4 in the right wrist or hand, 6 in the left elbow or forearm, 7 in the right elbow or forearm, 8 in the left shoulder, 3 in the right shoulder and 43 in the neck respectively.
