Objetivo. Establecer la relación entre el cuidado de enfermería y la satisfacción en pacientes oncológicos del servicio de radiodiagnóstico en un Instituto Nacional de Lima, 2024. Metodología. La presente investigación es de método deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo correlacional, y no experimental. La muestra estará conformada por 374 pacientes que se atienden diariamente en el servicio de Radiodiagnóstico del Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas, quienes serán elegidos mediante muestreo aleatorio simple. La técnica a utilizar será la encuesta, en donde se utilizará el Cuestionario Percepción del Cuidado de enfermería para medir los cuidados de enfermería y el Cuestionario Caring Assessment Report Evaluation Q-sort (CARE-Q) para medir la satisfacción del paciente. El tratamiento de la información se realizará mediante software informático Excel y SPSS para realizar cálculos descriptivos y aplicar estadística inferencial.
Resumen
Objective. Establish the relationship between nursing care and satisfaction in oncology patients of the radiodiagnosis service in a National Institute of Lima, 2024. Methodology. This research is deductive in method, with a quantitative approach, of a descriptive correlational type, and not experimental. The sample will consist of 374 patients who are seen daily in the Radiodiagnosis area of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases, who will be chosen by simple random sampling. The technique to be used will be the survey, where the Nursing Care Perception Questionnaire will be used to measure nursing care and the Caring Assessment Report Evaluation Q-sort (CARE-Q) Questionnaire will be used to measure patient satisfaction. The information will be processed using Excel and SPSS computer software to perform descriptive calculations and apply inferential statistics.
