Conocimiento de las madres sobre inmunizaciones y su relación con el cumplimiento del esquema regular de vacunación en niños menores de 5 años del Centro de San Juan de Lurigancho, 2025

Abstract

El cumplimiento del esquema regular es necesario para los niños que son menores de 5 años, por lo que, las madres deben estar informadas sobre la importancia que ello conlleva en la salud y desarrollo del menor. Por tanto, esta investigación tiene como Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el conocimiento de las madres sobre inmunizaciones y el cumplimiento del esquema regular de vacunación en niños menores de 5 años del centro de salud San Hilarión San Juan de Lurigancho. La metodología: método hipotético-deductivo con un diseño no experimental, de enfoque cuantitativo, asimismo será de carácter aplicado y correlacional, con un corte transversal, partiendo de una muestra integrada por 80 madres, los instrumentos que se usaran para el estudio, serán el cuestionario de conocimientos sobre inmunizaciones que medirá tal constructo en las madres y la lista de chequeo de sobre cumplimiento, los cuales ya están validados; ambos instrumentos tienen un alto nivel de confiabilidad estadística superior a ,70, es así que, para la recolecta de datos, se necesitará de unos 25 minutos por cada participante. Los resultados serán analizados e interpretados mediante tablas y gráficos. La confirmación de la hipótesis se llevará a cabo utilizando la Prueba de Spearman, con un nivel de confianza del 95% y un margen de error del 5%. Los hallazgos se ilustrarán en una tabla de contingencia que detallará ambos constructos, estableciéndose tal proceso en el programa Excel y SPSS V.26 donde se obtendrá la respuesta a la hipótesis planteada que parte del objetivo propuesto previamente.

Compliance with the regular schedule is necessary for children under 5 years of age, so mothers must be informed about the importance of this for the health and development of the child. Therefore, this research aims to determine the relationship between mothers' knowledge about immunizations and compliance with the regular vaccination schedule in children under 5 years of age at the San Hilarión San Juan de Lurigancho health center. The methodology: hypothetical deductive method with a non-experimental design, quantitative approach, also applied and correlational in nature, with a cross-section, starting from a sample of 80 mothers, the instruments that will be used for the study will be the questionnaire on knowledge about immunizations that will measure this construct in mothers and the checklist on compliance, which are already validated; both instruments have a high level of statistical reliability higher than .70, so, for data collection, it will take about 25 minutes for each participant. The results will be analyzed and interpreted using tables and graphs. The hypothesis will be confirmed using the Spearman Test, with a confidence level of 95% and a margin of error of 5%. The findings will be illustrated in a contingency table that will detail both constructs, establishing this process in the Excel and SPSS V.26 program where the answer to the hypothesis raised will be obtained, which is based on the previously proposed objective.
