Metodología Six Sigma y el suministro de productos farmacéuticos en la droguería Thefar en el distrito de Miraflores, Lima Perú 2024 - 2025

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación realizada tuvo como propósito determinar cómo la metodología Six Sigma incide en el suministro de los productos farmacéuticos, considerando que en la primera variable hay 5 dimensiones y en la segunda hay dos dimensiones. La metodología elegida para la presente investigación; fue cuantitativa de tipo correlacional. Se trabajó con una muestra de 42 colaboradores de la Droguería Thefar aplicando los respectivos criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Utilizándose como instrumento un cuestionario. Los datos se procesaron en el software SPSS 25. Igualmente, se acompañó con un análisis descriptivo, tablas y figuras, cada uno con su respectiva interpretación. Se encontró relación entre la Metodología Six Sigma y el suministro de productos farmacéuticos, con un coeficiente de Rho de Spearman de 0.648, lo que indica una correlación positiva alta, comprendiéndose que cuando la Metodología Six Sigma tienda a ser buena, el suministro de productos farmacéuticos será también bueno. En los objetivos de las dimensiones definición, medición y control se usó el coeficiente Rho de Spearman resultando que existe una correlación positiva moderada, entre la dimensión y la variable. En el objetivo de las dimensiones análisis y mejoramiento se obtuvo una correlación positiva alta. Se concluyó que, si existe relación entre las variables Metodología Six Sigma y el suministro de Productos Farmacéuticos, de igual forma con los objetivos específicos mencionados.

The conducted research work aimed to determine how the Six Sigma methodology impacts the supply of pharmaceutical products, considering five dimensions for the first variable and two dimensions for the second. The following research's methodology was quantitative, and its type was correlational. A sample of 42 employees from Thefar Drugstore was used, applying the corresponding inclusion and exclusion criteria. In this research, a questionnaire-type instrument was employed for data collection. Data processing was carried out using the statistical software SPSS 25. Moreover, a descriptive analysis was conducted, along with tables and figures, each accompanied by its respective interpretation. A relation was found between the Six Sigma Methodology and the Supply of Pharmaceutical Products, with a Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.648, which indicates a strong positive correlation. This suggests that when the Six Sigma Methodology tends to be effective, the supply of pharmaceutical products will also be efficient. Regarding the objectives related to the dimensions of definition, measurement, and control, Spearman's Rho coefficient showed a moderate positive correlation between each dimension and the variable. For the analysis and improvement dimensions, a strong positive correlation was found. It was concluded that there is, in fact, a relationship between the variables Six Sigma Methodology and the Supply of Pharmaceutical Products, as well as with the specific objectives mentioned.
