Síndrome de Burnout y lesiones musculoesqueléticas en el personal de un centro de rehabilitación integral, Lima 2024

Abstract

La siguiente investigación tiene como finalidad “determinar la relación entre Síndrome de Burnout y lesiones musculoesqueléticas en el personal de un centro de rehabilitación integral”. Material y método: Como instrumento se utilizó el Maslach Inventario Burnout para medir el Síndrome de Burnout y el Cuestionario Nórdico para medir las Lesiones musculoesqueléticas. La muestra está conformada por 41 trabajadores de un centro de rehabilitación integral, hipotético deductivo,cuantitativo tipo aplicado, no experimental, corte transversal y descriptivo correlacional. El análisis de los datos se hizo a través del SPSS y la correlación se determinó con el estadígrafo “Rho Spearman”. Resultados: El 95.1% presenta lesiones musculoesqueléticas y el 4.9% no presenta. Asimismo el 51.2% presenta Síndrome de Burnout alto y el 48.8% Burnout bajo, de los cuales el 87.8% son de género femenino y el 12.2% masculino.
