    Consistencia probatoria de la entrevista en Cámara Gesell en los delitos contra la libertad sexual en menores de edad en el Distrito Fiscal de Lima Noroeste en el 2024

    La presente investigación titulada “Consistencia probatoria de la entrevista en Cámara Gesell en los delitos contra la libertad sexual en menores de edad en el Distrito Fiscal de Lima Noroeste en el año 2024”, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la consistencia de la entrevista en Cámara Gesell y la valoración probatoria que otorgan los fiscales en casos de delitos contra la libertad sexual. La metodología empleada fue de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica, diseño no experimental y de nivel transversal descriptivo-explicativo. La población y muestra estuvo compuesta por 25 fiscales penales y especializados en violencia contra la mujer del Distrito Fiscal de Lima Noroeste, utilizándose un muestreo no probabilístico de tipo censal. Los resultados del análisis estadístico demostraron la existencia de una correlación moderada y significativa entre la entrevista en Cámara Gesell y su consistencia probatoria, con un nivel de confianza del 95%. Se concluye que la entrevista en Cámara Gesell, ejecutada bajo parámetros de rigor técnico y sesión única, constituye un instrumento probatorio eficaz y fundamental para la valoración racional de la prueba, aportando solidez a la imputación fiscal y garantizando la protección de los derechos del menor en el proceso penal.

    In the research study " Influence of intra-family relationships on school performance in students of sixth and seventh grade in Cairo school, Valle del Guamuez, PutumayoColombia 2014.", It is pretended to encourage and promote parents integration in their children education as they have a key role in the transmission of knowledge, values and customs that help them adapt to society as active and productive people in the educational process and create a better life quality. This research process was carried out by direct observation with a sample of 27 students that corresponds to 25 % of the population where it was evident that 90 % did not receive help from their parents in the school activities, 70 % are dysfunctional families , 85 % had dialogue necessity, 50 % of students attend forced by their parents , 75 % without family ties, 90% of children with illiterate parents so we can say that this is the cause of low performance in different areas and the low expectations of a future for their children so it is very important to know, deepen and emphasize the consequences that are related factors with intra-family relationships in the development of the educational process .

    Políticas públicas sobre trabajo y promoción del empleo y la explotación infantil en el sector informal, La Victoria, Lima 2022

    The objective of the research was to determine the influence of public policies on labor and employment promotion on child exploitation in the informal sector in the district of La Victoria, Lima 2022, using the hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach, using the type of applied research and explanatory level. The research design is non-experimental and cross-sectional. The selected population corresponds to social workers who work in organizations dedicated to the protection of children and adolescents in the district of La Victoria. As for the sample of the population, it was made up of 135 workers from these institutions. The technique used was the survey and the instrument used was the questionnaire. The results show that the Chi-square test had a significance of 0.000 < 0.05; therefore, the H0 is rejected; and it is concluded that public policies on labor and employment promotion have a significant influence on child exploitation in the informal sector, La Victoria, Lima 2022, that is, as long as the management of public policies on labor and employment promotion is improved, there will be a reduction in child exploitation in the sector under study.
